Personal Prayer
Glorify God as the ruler over events both great and small, who knows not only the fate of nations but also the number of hairs on your head (Lk. 12:6-7). Thank God for hearing your prayers. Confess your struggles in prayer to God, and ask for his help and grace in this area (Heb. 4:14-16). Commit yourself to greater discipline in prayer for the needs of others. Ask God to give you wisdom as you pray for specific needs.

For Your Family and Friends
Ask God to strengthen the devotional time of families you know, that it may become a time of sharing, of learning from God’s Word, and of prayer for each other.

For the Church
Pray that your church’s outreach ministries may be undergirded with a strong foundation of prayer from gifted intercessors in your church, so that God’s power will break through the strongholds of Satan in your community.

For the Kingdom
Pray for Christian churches around the world, that they may be known not as “houses of activity” but as “houses of prayer” (Mt. 21:13).

For People to Know Jesus
Pray today for one unsaved person you know, that God will use you to lead that person “to obey God by what [you] have said and done” (Rom. 15:18).
