Personal Prayer
Praise the saving God whose paths are beyond tracing out! (Rom. 11:33). Give thanks for his continual, personal care for you. Confess any failure to maintain a healthy relationship with the Lord. Commit yourself to disciplined, joyful Christian living, recognizing the tremendous blessing of belonging to Jesus Christ. Ask that you will be “joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer” (Rom. 12:12).

For Your Family and Friends
Pray that children will respect their parents as the God-given authority in their lives, and that the counsel of senior family members and friends will be honored.

For the Church
Pray that church leaders will resist Satan’s schemes and will use their influence to lead the church to fulfill its mission of making disciples.

For the Kingdom
Pray that world leaders will have compassion and wisdom and the courage to lead. Ask God to work in the hearts of these men and women, that they might see him as their strength.

For People to Know Jesus
Pray that any personal difficulties experienced by unsaved persons around you may be opportunities for them to come to know the grace that is found in Jesus Christ.
